Calendar Import Filters

Choose which iCal events become reservations. Blocked and unavailable periods are ignored by default and never create guests, arrivals or cleaning tasks.

Import confirmed reservations
Genuine guest bookings from Airbnb and Booking.com.
Import tentative reservations
Pending or on-request bookings.
Import blocked dates
Owner, maintenance and manual calendar blocks.
Treat blocked dates as reservations
Not recommended — blocks would appear as guests in arrivals and reports.

After the screenshot retention period only the original image file is deleted. The structured competitor price observations are kept and shown as “Original image: expired / deleted”.
